Change in diet can help your healing journey through cancer
Another very powerful natural treatment of cancer is eating healthy. A healthy diet and nutrition will support the immune system and a strong immune system will create a clear and healthy terrain that makes it a lot easier to fight chronic diseases such as cancer.
Eating local, 90% plant based organic, non-GMO, whole and non-processed food not only has no risks or side effects but also can offset the side effects of strong conventional cancer drugs and treatments.
The following protocol is suggested for the changes in diet and nutrition:
-Avoid processed sugar including chocolate, cakes, candies (Honey, and high sugar fruits should also be avoided)
-Avoid processed and packaged food
-Eat plenty of green, leafy vegetables
-Berries have an abundance of antioxidants which can fight cancer cells.
-Reduce red meat and only eat hormone antibiotic free, grass fed, free roaming chicken. Fish must be wild caught although with the amount of radiation and toxins in our waters we must make sure the sources are relatively safe.
-Eat sprouted, whole grains, seeds and legumes
-Avoid white processed flour and flour products
-Eat fermented foods such as sauerkraut, kimchi, Kombucha and other sources of pre and probiotics.
-Take high intensity probiotics example: Genestra HMF 50B twice per day
-Drink plenty of alkaline, filtered, fluoride free water by investing in a good water system.
-Drink at least half a litre of green juice including: Celery, one or two leafy green vegetables, cucumber, burdock root, ginger, turmeric and lemon. Add a teaspoon of CBD oil to every 250ml juice.
-Eat healthy fats like avocado cold pressed unpasteurized coconut oil, olive oil.
-Eat organic seeds like Chia, hemp, pumpkin, sunflower everyday with your salad, in your smoothie, or in your salad.
-Eat organic nuts except Peanuts and Cashews
-Avoid corn and corn products
-Add medicinal mushroom tinctures from Host Defense or Harmonic Arts. The most important mushrooms are: Turkey Tail, Red Reishi, Chaga, Agarikan, Cordyceps and Lion’s Mane. You can add the tincture or powder to your water, smoothie or juice.
