1-Homeopathy:


Homeopathy supports the person as a whole, which means it focuses on the person and all of the mental, emotional and physical pathological conditions. After full and individualized case taking and analysis which includes medical history of the patient along with physical and mental constitution, a homeopathic remedy is chosen to address the person as a whole.

However more specific homeopathic remedies that have affinity to the specific type is given in different and lower potencies along with the constitutional remedy.


Homeopathy is one of the most effective systems of the medicine in natural therapy. Homeopathic remedies are energetic frequencies of nature. The dynamic and energetic communication between homeopathic medicines and our vital force which is also the energetic frequency of our physical, mental and emotional existence, enables the innate ability of our body to heal itself.



Since Homeopathic medicines work on energetic level and are sourced from the nature in a potentized form, there are no side effects. There are however, healing crisis which forces the suppressed mental, emotional and physical ailments to surface during the process. 

The surfacing of the suppressed ailments manifest in short term crisis prior to the improvement of health.



Homeopathy can support the shifting of our perceptions by taking us out of the state of stuckness or dis-ease to the state of freedom or health.

It can bring balance and harmony to our thoughts, emotions, reactions and our world views. This subtle growth of balance and harmony can strengthen our immune system, shift our attitude and habits and help us to live a healthier life.


2- Change in diet and nutritional intake


Another very powerful natural and supportive modality in cancer is eating healthy. A healthy diet and nutrition will support the immune system and a strong immune system will create a clear and healthy terrain that makes it a lot easier to fight chronic diseases such as cancer. 

Eating local, 90% plant based organic, non-GMO, whole and non-processed food not only has no risks or side effects ( PLEASE ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE CHANGING YOUR DIET) but also can offset the side effects of strong conventional cancer drugs and treatments.



The following protocol is suggested for the changes in diet and nutrition: (PLEASE CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE FOLLOWING THIS PROTOCOL)



-Avoid or reduce the intake of processed sugar including chocolate, cakes, candies (Honey, and high sugar fruits should also be avoided)


-Avoid or reduce alcohol


-Avoid or reduce processed and packaged food


-Eat plenty of green, leafy vegetables


-Berries have abundance of antioxidants which can support fighting cancer cells.


-Avoid or reduce the intake of red meat and only eat hormone and antibiotic free, grass fed, free roaming chicken. Fish must be wild caught although with the amount of radiation and toxins in our waters we must make sure the sources are relatively safe.


-Eat sprouted, whole grains, seeds and legumes


-Avoid white processed flour and flour products


-Eat fermented foods such as sauerkraut, kimchi, Kombucha and other sources of pre and probiotics.

-Take high intensity probiotics example: Genestra HMF 50B twice per day

-Drink plenty of alkaline, filtered, fluoride free water by investing in a good water system.


-Drink at least half a litre of green juice including: Celery, one or two leafy green vegetables, cucumber, burdock root, ginger, turmeric and lemon. Adding a teaspoon of CBD oil to every 250ml juice may help support your journey, but you MUST consult your physician before taking this oil.


-Eat healthy fats like avocado cold pressed unpasteurized coconut oil, olive oil.


-Eat organic seeds like Chia, hemp, pumpkin, sunflower with your salad in your smoothie, or in your salad.


-Avoid or reduce dairy 


-Eat organic nuts, but be cautious with over indulging them except Peanuts and Cashews

-Avoid corn and corn products


-Add medicinal mushroom tinctures. The most important mushrooms are: Turkey Tail, Red Reishi, Chaga, Agarikan, Cordyceps and Lion’s Mane. You can add the tincture or powder to your water, smoothie or juice.



Our bodies produce cancer cells all the time, however, cancer cells have less chance to survive in a healthy and balanced mind and body. A healthy diet can create a healthy mind and a healthy mind can create a healthy body.



3-Reiki


Reiki is a stress reducing and relaxation Japanese practice. In addition to relaxation and reduction of stress, Reiki can strengthen the healing ability of the body. Reiki is not a replacement therapy but a complementary one.



Reiki may be able to help pain that’s associated with progression of cancer as well as reducing symptoms such as discomfort during the conventional treatment.



Reiki can also reduce stress, anxiety and nausea during the conventional treatment.



Reiki is a non-invasive technique and can cause no side-effect. It can be performed on the patient at anytime during, before or after the conventional treatment.



Reiki can help promotion of positive thoughts by reducing stress and when stress is reduced body’s ability to focus on healing gets stronger.



I usually recommend at least two sessions per week for patients who are going through the treatment.
