Manjeeta was first introduced to Jin Shin Jyutsu® in 2008 when she received treatments for a chronic skin condition. This and her interest in natural health led her to become a Jin Shin Jyutsu® practitioner.

Ana Claudia, MA, RCC
Registered Clinical Counsellor
Ana Claudia has a diploma in counselling from Vancouver College of Counselling Training as well as an M.A in counselling from City University of Seattle and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).
Prior to finishing her education, Ana accumulated 5 years of experience working with a variety of vulnerable populations through her work with Family Services of Greater Vancouver.
Ana Claudia’s therapeutic style is an integration of a variety of therapeutic approaches with a stronger focus on Existential Analysis (EA) for it’s aim to assist people in finding meaning and fulfillment in their lives, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as it helps understand the connection between our mind, emotions, and actions.
Ana Claudia also uses Narrative Therapy techniques in order to acknowledge how a client’s life story and social context have shaped their identity and life experience. She also incorporates elements of mindfulness to create a holistic approach to therapy. Treatment plans are based on the specific needs of each individual client.
Ana Claudia stands by the belief that the most important component of the therapeutic process is the cultivation of collaborative, respectful, and trusting relationship with each client.
